Pop Up-Monday January 13th 6pm-7pm (regular class time)

Enjoy an all levels yoga class utilizing restorative poses with props (bolster/blocks/blankets) to stretch, calm and relax the body. All while enjoying the soothing healing sounds of the Celtic Harp

named "Black Beauty"-being played by Linda Umstead.

We will finish with a long Savasana (final resting posture)

as Linda takes us away to a magical place with her music.
